It’s time for the CQC to build a new contract with the sectors we regulate and with our wider community of stakeholders and colleagues. We’re calling this the CQC Way, and we are determined to co-create this together with you.

The events and online workshops described above will bring thousands of people together for a chance to:

• reflect honestly on what it’s been like to be on the receiving end of the CQC,
• explore bold possibilities for the future, and
• shape our goals and ways of working.

In all these engagements, you can expect radical candour, meaningful dialogue, and an opportunity to help define the CQC’s role and approach.

How does it work?

This platform will host the online Safe Spaces conversations. Safe Spaces works a bit like a social media platform; you can join around your work patterns and contribute as much or as little as you like, at a time that suits you.

The process is anonymous meaning everybody can feel safe sharing their honest thoughts and feelings. The conversation is:

• Anonymous – your name is not attached to anything you share
• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the conversation is live
• Accessible from wherever you may be – on any computer, tablet or smartphone
• Analysed independently - so you can feel safe to share how you really feel.
